PRE-PRODUCTION
The first part of our journey will begin with a conversation about your brand’s goals and overall mission. Together, we will develop a plan based on our conclusions. The plan will involve creative concepts that align perfectly with the expectations you have of your brand. Prior to shooting your masterpiece, we will begin the hunt for the tools you’ll need for your photoshoot including the best props and backgrounds. Finally, with your approval, we will move onto the next step.
PRODUCTION
This is where the reel action begins (get it?). Yes, this is lights and cameras! We will be putting together a spectacular portfolio that will embody your brand in a way that you’ll love!
POST PRODUCTION
With a little bit of photoshop we bring your project to LIFE!

Every brand has their own unique story and vision for how they want their business portrayed. Based on exactly WHAT YOU NEED we provide a custom quote perfect for your project and within your budget. Before we get started we can either jump on a call or you can fill out a brief creative form. The purpose of this is so we can really get to know you, your brand and your mission. The point of this is also so I can get a better understanding of your target market, and your goals for the project. Once we get all the important information out the way, we can provide you with a quote perfect for you.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT PAYMENT?To begin, we require 50% of your deposit and a signed contract to secure your shoot date. The remaining 50% will be due before you can receive your finalized content.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?Depending on the amount of footage you are requesting you can expect to receive your dropbox link with all of your footage within 7-21 days. If you have a deadline please make sure to mention it during our consultation or pre-production page. The earlier the better!

WILL YOU RETURN MY PRODUCT AFTER THE SHOOT?If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return label and packaging. Otherwise we will store your product for up to 3 months.

CAN I GET A REFUND?Unfortunately, once the work is created there is no way I can un-do it or get my time back. No refunds will be issued therefore please make sure during our consultation and pre production you get to clearly explain your vision and what you want. A reshoot may be possible if there is a valid reason.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DAY OF MY SHOOT?We go above and beyond to make sure you know we respect your time. We would only hope you do the same for us. If for any reason you can’t make it to your scheduled shoot. Please let us know 48 HOURS in advance so we can figure something out. If you no call no show, your deposit will be kept and you will have to make a new deposit in order for us to schedule you a new shoot day. If you refuse or don’t show up again, your contract will be terminated and we will refuse service.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 30min drive from North Miami. This will be calculated during pre-production.
