To begin we will have a brief meeting about your brands missions, visions and goals. You will tell me all the issues you are facing with the page and later on we will address those pain points. We will talk about goals for the platforms and schedule another meeting where we strategize on how to meet those goals.
STRATEGY MEETING
We do in depth research to provide you with info on where your page is going wrong. It could be many or a few things. Maybe you just need to improve the quality of footage you are putting out there, maybe you need to be more engaging or perhaps you just don’t know how to target your audience. Whatever the reasoning is, we are here to help and lessen the burden. If you already have a strategy you would like to try after we discuss the ins and outs of it we are more than happy to put it into motion.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT PAYMENT?To begin, we require 50% of your deposit and a signed contract to secure your shoot date. The remaining 50% will be due before you can receive your finalized content.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?Depending on the amount of footage you are requesting you can expect to receive your dropbox link with all of your footage within 7-21 days. If you have a deadline please make sure to mention it during our consultation or pre-production page. The earlier the better!

WILL YOU RETURN MY PRODUCT AFTER THE SHOOT?If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return label and packaging. Otherwise we will store your product for up to 3 months.

CAN I GET A REFUND?Unfortunately, once the work is created there is no way I can un-do it or get my time back. No refunds will be issued therefore please make sure during our consultation and pre production you get to clearly explain your vision and what you want. A reshoot may be possible if there is a valid reason.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DAY OF MY SHOOT?We go above and beyond to make sure you know we respect your time. We would only hope you do the same for us. If for any reason you can’t make it to your scheduled shoot. Please let us know 48 HOURS in advance so we can figure something out. If you no call no show, your deposit will be kept and you will have to make a new deposit in order for us to schedule you a new shoot day. If you refuse or don’t show up again, your contract will be terminated and we will refuse service.

DO YOU CHARGE TRAVEL FEES?A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 30min drive from North Miami. This will be calculated during pre-production.
